Steps To Success

The eCareer Direction program meets virtually all mandated career guidance criteria. Each student receives a workbook which is organized into 7 steps:

  Clarify your values, priorities, and goals - including how you want your career and life to balance.

  Learn how to evaluate your strengths honestly and match them with meaningful career choices.

• Step 4: Additional Training and Education

  Explore different paths after high school and estimate related costs and aid options.

• Step 5: Finding a Job

  Discover strategies for identifying both advertised and hidden job opportunities.

  Use the eCD resume builder to generate your professional resume using guided prompts.

• Step 7: Your Plan of Action

  Summarize your decisions and plan your next steps toward success.
